Cynthia E Rolfe

Dr. Cynthia E Rolfe is Assistant to the Vice President for Information Technology at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma, U.S.A. As coordinator of the President’s Creative Leadership Council, she is responsible for the university’s strategic direction both for technology and creativity.

Cynthia has presented at numerous leadership and creativity conferences and has presented multiple creativity workshops.  Her engaging use of FourSight and CPS makes her invaluable as a facilitator for strategic planning sessions, meetings, corporate retreats, and more.  Among the numerous boards on which Dr. Rolfe has served she especially enjoys her work with Creative Oklahoma, Inc.

People who know Cynthia describe her as a wistful paradox – - highly energetic, she traverses easily between her analytical mind and her calm, creative presence. She holds degrees in business administration, business education, management of information systems, and metaphysics.  Cynthia assists individuals in living life fully using a model she created called Seven Wheels ^tm: Techniques for a Balance Life.
